High-Intensity Discharge

Duro-Test's High-Intensity Discharge lamps are designed to be rugged, heavy-duty light sources. They provide brilliant light and consume less electric energy than the incandescent lamps they replace. These lamps are ideal for high-bay industrial lighting with mounting heights up to 45 feet. They may also be used indoors for industrial plants, repair shops, airplane hangers, auditoriums and gymnasiums. Outdoor applications include parking lots, security, street, building and facade lighting, billboards and sport arenas. Smaller models are ideal for schools, stores, banks and display lighting.

Fluomeric Lamps (Self-Ballasted)

bulletOur self-ballasted Fluomeric lamps convert incandescent systems to economical mercury lighting: eliminating the need for special fixtures or ballasts.
bulletFluomeric lamps are made with rugged Durex hard glass to withstand the elements.
bulletThe interior white phosphor coating (Deluxe White) provides wide beam distribution.
bulletThese lamps give twice the light, and up to 20 times the life of an incandescent lamp of the same wattage.

Optimarc

bulletOptimarc lamps deliver superior color rendering with a CRI of 91 while delivering near natural outdoor light of 5200 K.
bulletReplace high pressure sodium bulbs of equivalent wattage without changing the ballast.

Ballast Requirements:

Use 250W Optimarc lamp only with 250W S50 HPS lamp ballasts.
Use 400W Optimarc lamp only with 400W S51 HPS lamp ballasts.
