Free Lamp Replacement Warranty Duro-Test Lighting warrants the rated life of Duro-Test incandescent and fluorescent lamps subject to the provisions in our schedule of specifications and accordance with the terms of this replacement warranty. The rated life of Duro-Test incandescent and fluorescent lamps ranges from 1,000 to 50,000 user hours, depending upon the type and service for which they are designed. Lamps not meeting specific requirements will be replaced free of charge provided such lamps are returned to Duro-Test Lighting within a maximum period of one year* from date of invoice covering purchase; customers may return such lamps for free replacement only; lamps may not be returned for credit. This free replacement warranty applies only to merchandise shipped with the continental United States of America, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. 2-year replacement warranty on all decorative incandescent lamps, high-intensity discharge lamps, 10,000-hour compact fluorescent lamps, 15,000-hour fluorescent lamps, ATM-9 Superlife incandescent lamps, and 9,000-hour Watt-Saver-30Ks and 40Ks. 30-month replacement warranty on all 20,000 and 24,000-hour fluorescent lamps. 36-month replacement warranty on all T-10 and 33,000-hour fluorescent lamps. 5-year replacement warranty on Aurora V Superlife 50,000-hour fluorescent lamps.
